Russian Billionaire's Claim of Ownership in Car Dealership is Dealt Its Last Hand


A Russian billionaire claimed that his significant loan to a successful Texas international car sales business entitle him to a controlling ownership interest in the company. After almost a year of aggressive litigation and international discovery, the case was set for trial in Harris County, Texas.
