Overreaching Machine Shop Partner Gets Tooled

A minority shareholder in a prominent Houston machine shop that serves the oil and gas market came to legal blows with his partners in court. But having VLF represent him allowed the minority partner to drill through and tool the claims brought against him.

After VLF dismissed the claims against our client, the minority shareholder, prosecuted his own counterclaims for an accounting of profits our client believed were wrongfully and legally taken from the business. Realizing their predicament, the other shareholders quickly settled after the jury was seated.

VLF is willing and able to work with partners and shareholders who demand a straight edge in dealing with their business partners.
